Description:
Responsible for routing, recording, monitoring, and expediting office checks of engineering and supplier data as required. Interfaces with reproduction department for required reproduction associated with distribution of engineering, supplier, and technical data. Accumulates certified supplier data and other required technical documents. Implements and maintains project document control record keeping system. Works under general supervision, and may assist in training Associate Document Specialists.

Routing documents for review/approval; tracking of status; maintain review schedule to ensure document availability. Job Description: Project to consolidate manufacturing and safety procedures. Under the direction from our Multi-Chem HSEQ manager, and with support from our Manufacturing Safety, Process Safety, and Mechanical Integrity subject matter experts, the Document Specialist will consolidate existing procedures into our global Document Management platform. The Document Specialist will receive training on the Halliburton System and will be required to affect minor changes to ensure that procedures comply with formatting and other structural requirements. The Document Specialist will develop an implementation timeline, route procedures as needed for review, and report on progress. The ideal candidate will be proficient in MS Word and have excellent communication skills. Experience with safety and/or manufacturing procedures or programs is a plus. Work Location: 5500 N.
