Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Restaurant and Bar Manager at Lucy Coopers Ice House located off Hwy 151 and their flag ship location on Hwy 281 the San Antonio, Texas. The Restaurant and Bar Manager will be responsible for the day-to-day tasks of managing a food and beverage establishment, including overseeing customer service, training staff, driving sales, and ensuring operational excellence.

Qualifications

Strong background in customer service and food and beverage industry

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Experience in training staff and developing a team

Proven track record of driving sales and meeting revenue goals

Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions

Degree in hospitality management or related field

Leadership experience in a restaurant or bar setting

Military experience a plus

Other beneficial skills include: knowledge of inventory management, familiarity with point of sale systems, experience with menu creation and cost control, and proficiency in Microsoft Office programs.
